Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks.

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
